“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
Carl Rogers
I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Predominantly trained in the Person-Centred approach, my belief is that given the right conditions people can thrive and overcome adversity. I’m passionate about providing a safe and caring environment that helps clients look closely at what matters to them, where they feel completely accepted and understood.
My private practice is based in Stamford. I see clients face to face, online via Zoom or by phone. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This not only gives assurance of my training but also confidence that I adhere to their Ethical Framework and my commitment to continuing personal development. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, full insurance and am GDPR compliant (Registered with the ICO).
